Refund and Returns Policy

For “new” stock, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and proof of purchase is required. Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We do not charge restocking fees.

All of our vintage items are sold “as is,” and we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for any reason.

Our furniture may show signs of wear, age, or imperfections. These characteristics are inherent to vintage items and often form part of their charm. We take great care to accurately represent each item in our collection through detailed descriptions and images, however we encourage customers to view items beforehand if possible.
