Terms & Conditions

Unless stated otherwise, all furniture offered for sale through Tallboy is pre-owned and as such may have sustained various cracks, stains, chips and age/use-related marks.

While all listings and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, these are expressions of opinion only based on our research, experience and expertise and should not be relied upon as factual or complete.

We encourage customers to view items in person prior to purchasing by contacting Tallboy here or via Instagram.

Payment Terms

Tallboy requires a 10% (or minimum $50) non-refundable deposit on any items held for more than 24 hours. Collection or delivery of the item/s along with full payment must take place within 7 days. If the item is not collected or delivered within this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and the item relisted for sale.

Collection of Goods

Customers are encouraged to bring a second party to assist with moving larger or heavier items. A member of Tallboy, at their discretion, may offer to help with this process, however Tallboy takes no responsibility for any damage to the item or injury to third parties.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure that you have measured your home (including any stairways or entrances) correctly as our delivery charges are non-refundable. You will also be liable for the cost of return shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Items are sold ‘as is’ and Tallboy and Co is unable to accept returns or issue a refund for any reason.
